A private community for independent direct primary care practices, run by volunteers from our own practices. Free to join.
Who it's for
Physicians practicing direct primary care in independent, physician-led practices, and the NPs, PAs, nurses and staff who work alongside them. Physicians seriously planning a DPC practice are welcome too.
DPC Hub is for practices, not the companies that sell to them.
Wherever you practice: if your region isn't in the signup list yet, choose "Not listed."
What you'll need (about 2 minutes)
Your name, email, and your practice's name
Your practice website (or "planning")
Your town and state
Your “credentials” or clinical degree, if any, and your role
Your NPI, if you're a clinician (optional, and never shown to other members)
Agree to our guidelines.
What happens next
A volunteer checks your practice, usually within a day or two. That's how everyone knows who's in the room.
You'll get an email when you're approved. (Check your spam folder if you don't see it.)
If you own the practice, you can then invite your team.
DPC Hub is brand new. If anything is confusing or broken, tell us at admin@DPCHub.org. We read every note.
Everyone who joins by December 31, 2027, wherever you practice, is a Founding Member.
Kansas City area DPC practices: Your region has already formed. Join by December 31, 2026 to be a Kansas City Founder.
